Even (Some) Healthcare is Feeling the Economy Pinch

According to a recent study more than 40 percent of healthcare executives had to cut back on hospital staff. However, not all staff are feeling the downsizing. The most educated of the healthcare organizations employees are actually seeing a boom. The studied confirmed that hiring new doctors was at the top of the executive’s list calling it the, “single most significant organizational improvement they are undertaking to improve financial performance.”

The take away? High education professions have the most staying power.
